What you will be doing
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in collaboration with corporate partners
- Develop innovative business models and strategies, informed by market research and competitive analysis
- Create first iterations of products, services and initial companies
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new ventures, defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all our stakeholders
- Drive go-to-market strategies and scaling efforts for new ventures
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and senior team members, fostering their professional development and growth
- Play a key role in driving WhatAVenture's growth and steering the company's strategic direction
What you need to be successful in this role
- 7+ years of experience in venture development, strategy consulting, and a proven track record of successful ventures or products
- 4+ years of experience leading a team
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management abilities, and communication skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, financial modelling, and business planning
- Fluent in German and English

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 47.180,00. We offer a competitive salary according to a career scheme based on your qualifications and experience.
